Susan was born in Ely, Cambridgeshire on 3rd June 1961 as Susan Mary Beer.

In 1965 she moved to Corfe Mullen in Dorset. In 1970 she moved again to Stretford, Manchester. She attended Hollies FCJ in Didsbury, and tool A-Levels at Xaverian Sixth form college in Rusholm, Manchester.

On 30th August 1986 she married my dad (Gary)

She is one of six children (Sarah, Katherine, Elizabeth, Timothy and Rebecca). Her mum and dad (Granny and Pop) have retired to Pallane, Marciac in France.

She works in the accounts department of the Student Union at Coventry University.
