Skoda Comp. became a part of the German group Hermann-Goering-Werke and had to convert fully onto millitary production.
Besides various parts of weapons, there were different types of off-road vehicles as well as heavy RSO tractors produced in Mlada Boleslav during the war.
1946
After World War 2 the company was nationalised as Skoda AZNP (National enterprise of car factories). It was granted the monopoly on passenger car production. In 1946 the production of Skoda 1101/1102 Tudor passenger cars started, based on the successful pre-war technology.
