Teams from U 7’s, U 8’s, U 9’s and U 10’s
will play in the Clacton Tournament which
our Under 8’s and Under 9’s were winners in 2003.
Currently 157 people are booked on this trip.

The Tournament will be held at New Barn Playing Fields, Shaw.

For the purpose of defining the above age groups, the qualification will be as for the 03-04 season,
which came into effect 1st Sep 2003.

Each day the Tournament will start at 9- 00 am and teams are advised to arrive no later than
8-30 am. The entry fee will be £25-00 per team. Clubs will be restricted to two teams per age
group and entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis. We are currently in the
process of distributing invitations to a wide area, so as to avoid disappointment, please submit your
entry promptly.

Match day fixtures will be issued on the day during registration. A charge of £1-00 for parking will
be required which will include an official programme.

ACADEMY OR SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY IN
THIS TOURNAMENT. PLAYERS WHO HAVE BEEN RELEASED BY CLUBS MUST HAVE BEEN
RELEASED BEFORE 31st DEC 2003. TEAMS WHO DON’T COMPLY WITH THIS RULE WILL
BE DISQUALIFIED.
