Property Finder Services

We also offer a comprehensive Property Finder Service (employed by the purchaser) and for a fixed fee we will aid the prospective buyer in the following ways:

	Provide help in finding a property
	Accompanied viewing
	Price negotiation
	Obtaining a Codice Fiscale (N.I. Number)
	Opening a bank account
	Accompanied meeting with Notary
	Accompanied first meeting with builders/architects re. renovation projects and estimates
	Support in planning permission
	After completion, help with issues such as telephone connection, bill transfers, property tax, TV licence and direct debits for utility bills etc.

The fee for this service is £2000 payable in three instalments:

	10% on instruction
	40% on finding a property
	50% on completion

This price also includes the fees for a survey and for a translator, but not Notary fees

Renovation Projects

If you wish us to oversee your renovation projects there will be an additional charge payable in two instalments:

	50% at the start of renovations
	50% on completion of renovations

As part of this service we will send regular emails and photos of work in progress.

Price dependent on the extent of renovation work required

Renting Your Property

If you are planning to rent out your property then we also offer the following services:

	Property Management
	Guest preparation services
	Cleaning/Gardening services

This is my second visit to Carunchio and I am just as taken the second time around. The views are spectacular and the people very friendly. I have fallen in love with the village and a little house which I will soon be calling ‘my house’

Clare showed us many houses and they were just not right for us but then she came up trumps with a lovely little place with panoramic views.
