£2000 payable in three instalments:

This price also
includes the fees for a survey and for a translator, but not Notary fees |

Renovation Projects |

| If you wish us to oversee your
renovation projects there will be an additional charge payable in two
instalments:
 | 50% at the start of renovations |
 | 50% on completion of renovations |
As part of this service we will send
regular emails and photos of work in progress.
