bulletLocal walks and bike-rides:

Carunchio and the surrounding areas are a haven for anyone interested in road walking or cycling.  There are many routes from the village that take you through breathtaking scenery to other places of interest such as nearby hill-top villages and the local nature park.

For those of you who are a little more adventurous there are walks/routes through woodlands, along riverbeds, up and over hilltops along little used tracks where the beauty of the region really hits home.

bulletShopping and Restaurants:

Everything that you would need for day to day living is available from the village shops and bars but a wide range of designer shops and restaurants/bars are available in nearby Vasto (40  mins)

bulletNature Park:

The local Nature Park with activities such as horse riding is only 5 minutes away by car or a pleasant leisurely walk along the hillsides.

bulletSummer Festa:

bulletSan Salvo - Beach & Go Karting:

The town of San Salvo hosts a beautiful beach resort with exceptionally clean and well maintained beaches and numerous bars.  For those of you who fancy something a little more exhilarating it is also home to a thrilling Go-Kart circuit for all the family.

bulletAqualand Water Theme Park:

This is an outdoor water theme park with water slides, wave machines etc. - a real favourite with children.  Located just outside Vasto it is only a 45 minute drive away.
