The idea of this site was the brainchild of Graham Drake (on the left) of   
During a conversation between Graham and myself at the end of 1997, it was suggested that I could put the idea into practice.
At first the site was just to cover the Ellesmere Port Area, where both Graham and I reside, but it was then decided to cover the whole of the area administered by Ellesmere Port and Neston Borough Council.
In short the quasi postal town of SOUTH WIRRAL.
I have produced this site, under tutor Graham's guidance.
