    Frequency expansion
    -------------------

    Access  the board behind the LCD-display Search for jumper >> J 3 << and
    cut  it  Reset  the  CPU by turning on the  power  whilst  pressing  the
    FUNCTION-key

    Converter mode
    --------------

    Switch  main  band to VHF Switch on the converter by pressing  FUNCTION,
    BAND, BAND ... First comes 345, then 875, and finally 145 MHz again; the
    convertermode is now functioning.
