Novice Licence: powers and modes
Novice licencees are now limited to 10W RF output.
A recent further amendment allows Novices to use the 2 Metre Band.
Furthermore, the Novice licence schedule makes some restrictions on the modes which are permitted within the bands shown in these pages as being available to Novices.
