First Hardanger

I am just starting to learn how to do Hardanger. This involves carefully cutting away parts of the cloth that forms the backing to the stitching, to leave lace-like patterns behind. It's a bit tricky, but I am starting to enjoy it. This is my first attempt. I used Kates's Kloths threads
