These are a few more activities that I have heard of but not gone on myself, hence I also have no contact for them. But they may help give you an idea of more things to do and also you can check out the link at the bottom of the page to the tourist info website, which will provide information on actiities, on the island.

Garbos shows- Entertainment with awards for excellence
Loro Parque Tenerife- Sealife/ Disney styled theme park on Tenerife
Island tour- A guided tour of much of the island
Yellow submarine- Peurto Mogan, dive in a sub to have a look around the sea bed
Gran Canaria by night- A trip to a peak to watch the sun set (romantic)
Helicopter tour- Fly round the island and see the sights from above
