o/c therefore there is no emitter/collector current.
Base current flows but is higher than normal, therefore the base voltage is lower than normal. The only current through R4 is the base current so the voltage across R4 is lower than normal. There is no current through R3 so the collector voltage is the same as the supply voltage. |
