St. Andrew's with Castle Gate United Reformed Church
The Keep Fit group meets on Monday evenings from 8 to 9pm during school term time.
Anyone is welcome but the group that meet in the large hall for exercise and relaxation is mostly women.
Jill Gaunt, a Keep Fit Association trained teacher, starts the session with a warm up.
Then the exercises are based around a theme such as the spine, travelling or stamina.
The hour ends with a period of relaxation and a drink of orange.
