Welcome to the website of
Colfeian Girls' Cricket Club

We are a girls' cricket club based, along with the other Colfeian Sports Clubs, in Lee, South-East London - on the borders of the London boroughs of Greenwich and Lewisham. Our members range in age from 7 to 17 and cover all abilities, from beginners to established Kent County players. We are active participants in the Greenwich District Development Group and also very proud to be members of the Achievement Awards scheme run by the Jack Petchey Foundation.

As founder members of the Kent Cricket Board's Under 15 and Under 13 leagues, we play plenty of competitive cricket but also enter Under 11 competitions for younger girls and arrange friendly matches at all age levels - including indoor winter fixtures. We are always happy to hear from new players, whether you're just starting out or are an experienced cricketer. The club functions all year round – during the winter we have indoor coaching and net sessions plus occasional indoor matches. See Forthcoming Activities and Fixtures to find out what's coming up and Results to see what’s been happening.

We train on Wednesday evenings from 5.30 to 7, using experienced ECB-qualified coaches, at the Colfeian Sports Club in Eltham Road, London SE12 - Where to find us. There are hardball nets for older girls and introductory softball coaching for beginners - why not come along and try us out?

STOP PRESS – Sunday 16th August: Colfeian Girls’ CC narrowly lost to Sussex in the final of the Inter-County girls’ Under-15 tournament. All the girls who played were very proud to represent the whole county at this age group.
