Since retiring from full time teaching I have been setting up my garage
workshop to provide me with the machining and woodworking operations I have come
to expect.
Because of the space available I couldn't install a modern combination wood
working machine so I opted for the fifties technologies of the Coronet Major
Combination Lathe.
The machine is very well made out of cast steel, cast aluminium and steel.
All parts and operations are very well machined and fully adjustable.
It was rebuilt and supplied by Derek Pyatt of Pyatt Woodworking and you may
visit his web site at
