MISSION STATEMENT

Long Eaton Silver Prize band is a friendly 2nd section community based brass band which promotes and encourages live music within the borough of Erewash and surrounding areas . Our primary objective is to encourage and provide opportunities for people all ages to play or learn a musical instrument, especially young and disadvantaged groups . We raise musical and cultural awareness through a variety of local concerts , charitable events and contests .
