Jasmine Cottage is a 260-year-old detached three bed-roomed stone-built cottage and nestles in a quiet location in the village of Middleton. Middleton is 1 mile from the centre of Pickering in North Yorkshire.

There is a large modern fitted kitchen and spacious lounge/diner, both with real fires and exposed beams. The dining table can seat six people. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has a single bed with an under pullout bed. The upstairs bathroom is fitted with a bath and luxury separate shower. Oil-fired central heating is provided. There is parking space for two cars. There is a pretty front garden where you can sit and relax in the evening sun. The rear garden is fully enclosed, laid to lawn with a sunny patio area for barbecues and al fresco eating.

The local amenities in Middleton, within a few minutes walk; include a Post Office/General Store, a Mini-Market at the local garage and a gem of a Public House (The Middleton Arms), which serves real ales and excellent food. The village of Middleton is 1 mile from the centre of the picturesque market town of Pickering. Pickering provides a greater choice of amenities, and can be easily reached by walking, cycling, local bus or car. Pickering market day is Monday and there is half-day closing on Wednesday.

Jasmine Cottage is an ideal base for visiting the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and the Yorkshire Heritage Coast and for adventure days out in Dalby Forest ('Go Ape' with the kids).
