We use only 100% Arabica beans grown at higher altitudes than the cheaper, higher caffeine robusta beans which go into the cheaper blends and instant coffee.
Only beans from the best coffee growing regions on Earth are used in our blends and single estate coffees. Beans from Indonesia, Central and South America and Africa have different flavour characteristics which are revealed by the art of the roastmaster in our full roast, dark coffee style.


All our beans are roasted fresh and should be used

   

within one month. To prolong the flavour life of your beans at home, enclose in a freezer bag and keep frozen. Grind frozen when required.
