A little fact for you.
One of our instructors has 60 years of experience! His name is Bill.
He started snorkelling in the late 40's!
His son, Fraser, has 33 years experience and has taught over 3500 people to snorkel!!
Their combined experience in man years is 93 years!!
Fraser has represented the UK in snorkelling and has been involved with several world record attempts.
He holds the FTLeisure record for distance travelled on an underwater propulsion vehicle,
using just one breath of air, for 178 meters.
He also holds the FTLeisure record for a diver propulsion vehicles speed over a 13.2 meter course at 1.88 meters per second.
He has also swum over 101 meters underwater and has been known to stay underwater for 6 1/2 minutes.
