and full size washer and dryer. There's also a queen sleeper sofa
in the living room. This professionally furnished unit on the 3rd floor
of a 1996 3-story building has cathedral ceilings that make it feel even
larger.

Amenities include a challenging Arthur Hills designed golf course, heated swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, gourmet dining room, lounge, pro shop, fitness center with sauna, driving range and practice greens. Golf membership included (fees for membership transfer, golf carts and nominal green fees).
The world's whitest, softest, sandiest beach, Siesta Key, is within a short drive, as are dozens of excellent restaurants and fabulous shopping. Sarasota is also famous for its theatres, a ballet company, a symphony orchestra and the John Ringling Art and Circus Museums.
