First World War Powder Jetty

Awaiting the Tide

Teessmouth Lighthouse

And the Rocks protecting the base

And the Fishermen who seem to sit there for hours !!

The new RNLI facility overshadows the older crewroom etc.,

Traffic on the Tees is 24/7 with ship movements by the minute
Large Oil Tankers, Ferries and Container Ships together with the Brightly
Coloured Chemical carriers all add to the interest

The Mouth of the Tees as the Sun Sets

The nearby Corus Steelworks catch the last of the Sun

As does the adjacent Chemical Plant

The Teesmouth Lifeboat

A Teesmouth Pilot Cutter

Another of the  Pilot Cutters

Returning to Station

Along Bran Sands Timber wrecks can be Found

Man'o'War, Galleon Carrying Treasure, or just a Coal Barge ??

The smaller Guy's Hole

The remains of a wartime Gun Site
And passing the odd disused bunker

Another one along Bran Sands

Some set amongst the slag heaps

Others exposed along the Sand Dunes
