Loch Lochy, Arkaig & Eil HillsGlenfinnan monument - a tribute to the raising of the standard in 1745

These Munros sit just north of Fort William and are the last of the easily accessed hills before you get onto Knoydart.  They are steeped in history as Glenfinnan was the location of the raising of the Standard in 1745 by Bonnie Prince Charlie to mark the reign of the Jacobites.  The area is surrounded by beautiful lochs, and are are on "the road to the isles" traveling up to Mallaig.  Only 3 walks here but defiantly offering good days on the hills.
