Ben Nevis, The Aonachs and The Grey Corries

Home to the "biggies" known as the Lochaber 4000 footers housing 4 of the 10 highest Munros.  The area is amazing with many different ways to the mountains, the "Tourist Path" up Nevis for the beginners and the awesome Tower Ridge climbing up the other side on the face of the UK's highest mountain.  There are three distinct walks in the area: Ben Nevis combined with Carn Mor Dearg, The two Aonachs and the Grey Corries Ridge walk all proving popular.  In my opinion the best part about this area beside the hills is the Lochs.  They surround you in every direction making an excellent panorama photo.  Fort William makes the best base for the hills ( Spean Bridge for Grey Corries) which is one of my favorite towns, sitting at the foot of Nevis and the end of a grueling 95 mile hike called the West Highland Way a lot of sore feet must walk through that town!  The whole area has only one bad point "The Ben Nevis Tourists Path" although I will control myself and not go into a rant.  Overall a classic area and a must for all walkers.  As for accommodation there is a Youth Hostel at the foot of Ben Nevis which I hear is good, Glen Nevis Campsite which is well maintained or I'm sure there's a few hotels in Fort William for all those whom a tent is not good enough for.
