Just a few links of web sites done by me:

These web sites have been done in Front Page 2002 and uses frames, while I am aware it is not the done thing I prefer using frames for one reason. The project I wanted to do was build a web site on my old school which would be mostly viewed by people that were in their late 40s right up to late 80s and 90s so for ease of navigation with the menu staying in one place along with the head banner that could be seen in older versions of Internet Explorer.

www.goldonian.org: This is a web site I have done on my old home that was run by Dr Barnardo's. The home was closed in 1967 as Barnardo's could see a move away from large homes such as Goldings.

Parkstone Sea Training: The last Dr. Barnardo Sea Training School which closed in 1964. The web site has photos and memories. The training school was formed from the two existing sea schools in 1949. The school was officially opened in 1951.

www.goldonian.org/barkingside: This was also an old home of mine closed in 1989 The Village Home Barkingside was the first girls home opened by its founder Dr. Thomas Barnardo.

Old Dr Barnardo's homes: Barnardo's opened hundreds of children’s homes across the UK from Thomas Barnardo’s day until the 1970’s. Barnardo's today don’t run orphanages or children’s homes anymore. This is a directory of all the homes that I could find listed and what happened to them.

www.herts-plumbers.org.uk My work web site which gives information on plumbing and heating and has a photo gallery of problem boilers and faulty plumbing that I have collected over the years.

www.herts-plumbers.org.uk/car: This is a web site done to prove my point the work on my car was wrong. This was the second time my car had gone to these people and it had been returned with substandard work. I had it inspected and the report went back to the insurance company stating I was complaining about nothing. So I returned home and knocked this web site up and phoned the insurance company and told them of its existence. The problems were quickly sorted to my satisfaction.

Eric Fitton: A great story web site. I came across this gentleman while doing my day job and found out he made the thing that turned the cog of one of the first computers. He was quite confused at wars end as they smashed all those things he had made. Had he not made them right? was his total wartime effort a total waste of time? In 1974 he found out what he had been making. It also covers from birth to the age of eighty Three.

Johnny Leach: A web site done by an old Goldings boy, I did help him get it started and help him out when he asks. A little while ago his laptop went US and in his own words "He missed not having email" have a look, just proves your never too old.

While this is not a web site its a transcript of a tax investigation meeting at my house. They were trying to get £1,600.00 from me, but as I had done nothing wrong I stood my ground for over a year Click to view After this time they still got nothing, but Mrs T got something she was not expecting.
