We have extensive experience in running recruitment for clients,
project managing their existing processes and recommending process
changes.
We are able to be involved with all aspects of the recruitment
process at all levels for barristers' chambers including senior
management appointments, senior clerks, clerks and support staff,
including IT and costs. This would entail:
- The development of the Job Description/Person Specifications
- Advertised selection and headhunting
- Handling and reviewing responses
- Long listing and short listing applicants
- Agreeing the final interviewing procedure. Included would
be advice on ensuring that the final interview process covers
all the areas the client requests. We are able to extend
this and carry out further assessments for clients including
psychometric assessment and work related assessment. These
are particularly useful where clients require certain behaviours,
attitudes and predispositions from the successful candidate.
