bespoke and use leading edge assessments to ensure that they have
the right talent for key roles and that it is deployed effectively.
We use a range of leading edge psychological instruments including
Wave, OPQ, 16PF, Hogan (HPS & HDS) together with MBTI and FIRO-B. We
also design bespoke assessment centre activities to simulate real work
situations that individuals may face. Clients have included
financial services, local and central government and NHS organisations
