Fourth Son of John Walker and Phillis Fender of Lesbury Mill, near Alnmouth. He lived in Seahouses, a small fishing village near Bamburgh. The burial of his son George was one of the earliest at St. Pauls Church, Seahouses. The gravestone of George Walker and his immediate descendants was still standing in the churchyard in 1995. I have recently discovered that this is incorrect. Our George Walker was not the husband of Isabella Mitchell nor the father of this George
