Problems viewing our site?

    We have received several messages from customers having trouble viewing our website. The majority of which is caused by using the Mozilla/Firefox browser. We suggest using the Internet Explorer browser with a resolution of 1024x768 for best results. We have contacted Mozilla several times for help in compatibility issues but to date have had no response!

We are happy to take parts orders to toyfairs for collection, however, due to an increased demand for our items, it would be helpful if you could send your order or ring it through to us a few days before hand. Not only will this cut down waiting time and queues at toyfairs but also you are more likely to be able to have your full order ready.

SECURITY CODES ON CREDIT CARDS

Please remember to include your three-digit security/authorisation code with your card details as any delay in us having to ask for this delays despatch of your orders. The banks are cracking down now on not accepting card payments without this information. To ensure we have the correct details for the rest of your cards please remember to update us on your expiry dates regularly also.

PAYMENTS FROM ABROAD

Due to a change in Bank processing, please do not mark cheques as GBP or Sterling. UK banks are now treating these as foreign cheques and thus incurring a processing fee.

Placing your order

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and make a note of any items that you wish to buy, including the part number and the price.  After you have finished browsing the catalogue selection, simply email us with the details of the items. Payment can be made with all major credit/debit cards (NOT AMEX), cheque, cash or postal orders.  Please make cheques payable to STEVE FLOWERS. We do not accept Paypal payments. Alternatively, if you do not want to e-mail your card details, then either fax or telephone us with your card details (including security code), for a more secure method.  Please ensure to include your full name and address details on all correspondence and no attachments to enable us to deal with your requests more efficiently. Due to heavy workload we do not confirm receipt of every email/order and it may take several days to reply to questions.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING - Prices stated in the catalogue do not include postage & packaging.  Our rates for orders are as follows:  Orders under £10.00 please add £1.50,  upto £20.00 add £2.50.  Over £20.00 add £3.50 maximum.  Where possible orders are despatched by recorded delivery with GPO.
