Performances by Marion Leeper
Below are examples of some of the performances Marion can bring to your school, group or organisation. They can stand alone as performances from 40 minutes to an hour, or form part of half or whole day workshops.
- The Story Coat
When Marion puts on her storycoat who knows what will come out of the pockets? monsters, dragons, and princesses? snakes and tigers? or mice, sheep and cows? Simple and playful stories featuring puppets, songs, and lots of joining in for the very young: age 2-5.
- The Flying Carpet
Put a girdle round the earth in forty minutes with tales of mystery, humour and enchantment from around the world. Age 5-11.
- Fenland Dreams
Local stories from the fens, tied in to East Anglian history and the environment, to introduce children from 3-11 to their own area’s heritage.
- Science through story
Creation myths, just-so stories and folk tales with a science focus, suitable for Foundation stage and Key Stage 1.
