Terms and Conditions

Participants must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and a class Informed consent form prior to participation. Any health related concerns must be reported to the instructor before attending.

Pole parties deposits must be received in advance of the chosen date and are non refundable.

One to one sessions must be paid for if the session is cancelled. However if 24hrs advanced notice is given this does not apply.

Pole courses - deposit/fee is non refundable without supporting medical evidence stating that you are unable to attend the course.

If you cannot attend one of the sessions advanced notice must be given. (Classes can be made up during other sessions.)

Your place is secure when the deposit is received. The remaining fee must be paid on the start date before participation.

Participants must be over the age of 18. With parents consent ages 14 to 18 can attend pole fit courses.
