Pole Fit Six week courses December/January 2009 (see below for classification of the classes).. Pole courses over the Christmas period will run 2 weeks in December and 4 weeks in January (break for 2 weeks 21st Dec to 4th Jan)
All Pole-Fit courses run for six weeks (£60/£45).
Pole Fit private tuition (for up to 4 people). Sessions suit small groups of friends that cannot commit to group courses, they can be booked for times suitable for you! Sessions run daily/ all levels.. Call Faye to book (07966022540).. Classes taken in the main pole studio or the pole 121 room.
To book a place on the next pole courses contact Faye (book quickly to avoid disappointment). Your place is secure when a £30 deposit is received. The remaining balance is then paid on the start night. See terms and conditions.

Prices
Six week courses - £60
Six week improver courses (repeating a course/levels 2/4/6/8) - £45
1-2-1 private tuition (for up to four people/all levels) - £30 per hour (£7.50 per person when 4 attend!)

Classification of classes

Hula Hoop Aerobic Class - Beginners welcome, hula hoops provided (4 week course)
- Beginners (level 1)- basic pole moves, poses and transitions. (6 week course)
- Beginner Improver (level 2)- to improve strength, by working on beginner moves (6 weeks course)
- Beginners Advanced (level 3)- further progression of the basic moves and introduction into inverting moves and poses. (6 week course)

Beginner Advanced Improver (level 4)- to improve strength, by working on beginner and beginner advanced moves (6 weeks course)

Intermediate (level 5)- further progression and dynamic and static inverted moves. (6 week course)

Intermediate Improver (level 6) to improve strength and revisiting intermediate moves
- Advanced (level 7/8) - advanced up the pole moves and transitions
One to one - personal level applies (call for times available)

Level 1 pole performance - A dance class based around the pole, includes tricks taught at beginner level (you must have completed beginner pole course)

Level 2 pole performance - A dance class including tricks from beginner and beginner advanced level (you must have completed beginner advanced pole course)

Level 3 pole performance- A dance class including tricks from beginners, beginner advanced and intermediate pole course (you must have completed intermediate pole course)
All classes include a warm up and cool down (you must warm up and cool down yourself in the practice sessions).
Each course incorporates the taught elements into choreographed routines, which advance through the classes.
Advice is given throughout the class on exercises that can accompany pole fit. (Such as press ups and abdominal work).
