Youth in Romsey

    Methodist Youth

Catering for all young people in their teenage years. As well as our regular meeting on a Sunday morning we also meet for regularly a social time together. For details contact Nigel.

 Friday 1930 at the Baptist Church, Bell Street

   Girls Brigade 

 Girls' Brigade is a Christian uniformed organisation for girls aged 5 to 14+
years. The girls are in different groups according to their age starting from the
youngest - Explorers, Juniors, Seniors, and Brigaders.

'The Aim of Girls' Brigade is to help girls to become followers of the Lord
Jesus Christ, and through reverence, self control and a sense of
responsibility to find true enrichment of life.'

Our Motto is 'Seek Serve and Follow Christ'

In Romsey we meet in the Baptist Church in Bell Street on Tuesday evenings
during term time. We play, do badgework and learn about God.

  Boys Brigade

Thursday evenings at the Methodist Church, The Hundred.

  Pilots at the United Reformed Church 

11:00 to noon on Sundays - for children and young people from age 4 to 12. Their learning includes activities in the community.

  Youth Group at the United Reformed Church

For young people from age 13 onwards. This group meets by arrangement on Sunday evenings.
 

  "UNCHAINED" Romsey Abbey

A group for 11 - 15 year olds exploring the Christian faith, life issues (e.g. bullying, parents) and social activities (e.g. swimming, 10-pin bowling) meets every Tuesday evening in the Church Rooms 7.15 to 8.30 p.m. More details can be obtained from Jane Thompson

  Romsey Abbey youth fellowship

The Youth Fellowship is a lively group of young Christians (14+ years) who meet to explore the word of God in a friendly and exciting way. Our activities include games, discussions and the occasional party. Visits to other churches in the diocese are sometimes possible. Meetings are held on alternate Tuesdays.  More details can be obtained from Ian Cox
