Groups - as swum on a Friday night

6.00 to 7.30 sessions Width 1 & 2 = Minnows   Width 3 = Supper Minnows   Width 4&5 = Bronze1&2

7.30 to 8.30 session    Lanes 1&2 = Bronze 3&4  Lanes 3&4 = Silver 1&2    Lanes 5&6 = Silver 3&4

8.30 to 9.30 session    Lanes 1&2 = Gold 1&2 :    Lanes 3&4 = Gold 3&4 :Lane 5 = Platinum:            Lanes 5&6=Masters

Junior swimmers are expected to attend their Friday night session on a regular basis.  In addition there are a number of extra sessions, listed below, that are optional.
