Hello and welcome.

We are in the process of constructing this site, and will be adding and amending the content and structure over the next few weeks. We hope you will return in the future.

What we do.

We are a Local Area Group of the International 009 Society. This is a Model Railway Society which works to advance the level of awareness and quality of modeling in the 009 scale.

As a group we are based in the Beds and Bucks area, and have our meetings in and around

Monthly meetings.

The group meet monthly, at a different persons home. The meetings are casual affairs, with no agenda other than to share information and hopefully inspire each other. We also review new developments in the model railway market, show-off our latest purchases, and drool over the next product to be released.

Our Philosophy.

The group have an open minded approach to the hobby  which  embraces the “super detailers” and those of us who “enjoy playing trains”. Heaven forbid we should call it that, but sometimes a few hours lost in the shed “playing trains” is just what the doctor orders.
