Whilst attending a league officials meeting at the bowl, many years ago, one of the items discussed was the then pending AMF Internet site and the comments that if any of the leagues present had a site of their own, AMF would, subject to approval, provide a link to that leagues site.

At that time I was not even a frequent internet user but it set me thinking and what you see before you is the result.

Maybe you have found this site through a link from the BTBA site, I hope so because that will probably mean that you are already a bowler or at least have an interest in bowling, so that anything you see here will not look like "the load of gobbledygook" , that it will to the uninitiated.

The possibility of you finding this through the AMF site is remote it has been revamped and a present there is no links to any AMF league infomation anywhere.

If you have have found it by any other method other than word of mouth congratulations, because in spite of asking for advice as to which search engines to use to get more hits, in the many years that this site has been active not one suggestion has been forthcoming and I know from a number of league member that they have difficulty finding it unless I have given them the address.
