Bubba

Bubba is our chosen dog from Ripley's litter, he has one striking blue eye and is rather large! He is great with all people and other dogs, a gentle giant. Everyone that knows him thinks he's great.... everyone else crosses the road to avoid him which is a shame as he is lovely, so if you see him out and about: give him a fuss!

Bubba is obedience trained and can do some tricks too.

Unfortunately Bubba has hip dysplasia and has had both of his cruciate ligaments operated on. I was told by two vets to have him euthanized but I refused and researched the problem which is a good job as now he is so happy. He runs for miles, sometimes at full speed after rabbits (he's not fast enough to catch one!) and doesn't ache afterwards, he is doing so well that most people don't even know he has any problems. His bad hips and knees have been a blessing in disguise as due to my research into the problems I have now helped hundreds of other dog's manage it too and lead a pain free life. I also found a preventive for joint and ligament problems by following Dr. Wendell O Belfield's work. Bubba gets high doses of Ester-C daily and I honestly believe he would not be with us now if it hadn't of been for those supplements. Obviously due to his condition he cannot be used as a stud dog, even though so many people have asked.
