| MISSION
ACCOMPLISHED! Between 5 and the 13 June
1999, I cycled at total of 480kms from the Great
Wall of China to Tiananmen Square in aid of Mencap, the largest organisation in the
UK caring and campaigning for people with
learning disabilities (mental handicap). I paid
£300 towards the cost of this ride and put in 6
months physical training to prepare myself for
this 7-hours-a-day challenge. Generously
