Terms and conditions for online sales

Pre payment
All items are made to order and so full payment is required BEFORE we contact the supplier, there are NO exceptions to this rule. Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Typographic, photographic, and descriptive errors are subject to corrections. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time without prior notice.
Customers agree to pay the total price including carriage and any handling costs as specified at the time of purchase.

Shipping Policy.
Postage costs are based on the amount of kit purchased and prices start at £4. All items are sent UK first class recorded delivery and I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. The buyer has the responsibility to pursue any lost items. For non UK addresses there may be an additional charge due to increased postage costs and this will be worked out on an individual basis. If your postage cost exceeds the amount stated on the payment checkout then we will email you to advise of this additional cost, no kit will be ordered until this cost is agreed by the buyer.

Security and Privacy
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our web site resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. All online payments are made via a third party, Paypal, and so we will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to any security breach at their web site or by other means. Non Faulty Returns.
The buyer has the full responsibility for sizes and colour options when ordering and as such we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made at this stage. Therefore we will not accept any returns based on size or colour.

Faulty Returns.
All items are checked for faults thoroughly before postage and so we will not accept any returns for items damaged in transit via the Royal Mail, all queries on any damaged items should be directed to the carrier in this case.

We are continually striving to improve our processes and working practices, all complaints are analyzed to further enhance our quality of service to you. In the unlikely event that you feel the need to register a complaint, please contact us immediately.
