The window cleaners are independent workers associated and trading as CVC.
Domestic Window Cleaning:
We require safe and reasonable access to all the windows or areas to be cleaned. If we are unable to clean a window or area and this amounts to over 10% of the work, then there may be a reduction in price. If the window or area not cleaned due to us not having safe and reasonable access is 10% or less than the work, then the price charged will be the price quoted for the whole job.
Any complaints to be made as soon as possible or not later than 5 days after the cleaning. We will then either rectify the problem or give a reduction in price and of course an apology.
Our price generally include for wiping the top and sides of the window being cleaned, and a wipe across the window sill to remove any mess made by ourselves (ie the water run off). The sills needs to be PVC or well painted wood in reasonable repair. Our window cleaning prices do not include for wiping around the window frames or cleaning the window sill of the general accumulation of dirt unless we have specifically agreed. We include glazed doors.
Unless specially agreed, our price does not include for garage doors, garage windows, old leaded stained glass, roof windows, windows above conservatories or window above sloping roofs that prevent access, conservatory roofs.
When we have cleaned the windows we will leave a ticket advising of the clean and the price. We would greatly appreciate a cheque being sent within 14 days as this helps keep our collecting costs down. Customers who regularly pay by cheque have any annual price increases kept to a minimum.
Commercial Window Cleaning
We require safe and reasonable access to all the windows or areas to be cleaned.
Any complaints to be made as soon as possible or not later than 5 days after the cleaning. We will then either rectify the problem or give a reduction in price and of course an apology.
Payment within 40 days of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest at 1.2% per month on overdue accounts.
A minimum of one days notice to cancel an on going contract.
Gutter Cleaning and Repairs
We require safe and reasonable access to all the areas to be cleaned.
Any complaints to be made as soon as possible or not later than 21 days after the cleaning. We will then either rectify the problem or give a reduction in price and of course an apology.
Payment within 7 days of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest at 1.2% per month on overdue accounts.
Fascia and gutter installations:
We require safe and reasonable access to all the windows or areas to be cleaned.
Any complaints to be made as soon as possible or not later than 21 days after the installation. We will then either rectify the problem or give a reduction in price and of course an apology.
Payment within 40 days of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest at 1.2% per month on overdue accounts.
Cancellation of an installation or repair contract will be charged
