Dunk Dude and the Red Polaris!

Dunk Dude and Penny were over the moon when Dunk received a call from POLARIS Britain's Michael McDowell inviting them to come and try out the 1st MSX140 to enter the country.

"Where?...When?...Oh, we'll be there!...I'll call you back!"

The Dude had to quickly find someone to cover for him at work just two days before Christmas and as a result now owes the lads a breakfast, thanks dudes! (Penny would have gone without him!)

Testing time for the MSX140

Is this a happy Dunk Dude, or what!

Is it Christmas?  Oh, yes!

After doing nothing else but go on about the MSX since its launch in August, Dunk Dude's work mates may regret covering for him as now he's definitely never going to shut up!

"We were looking to replace Blue earlier this year but nothing on the market at the time really appealed", said Dunk.

As soon as information on the MSX range appeared, that was it!  The Dude phoned Michael to register his interest and to glean more details while Penny again got the final say and this time she said, "Red!"

Dunk Dude's initial impressions

I'M IMPRESSED!
The MSX140 handles superbly, it turns sharply and stays hooked up, the response is fantastic.
The handlebars are more 'upright' than on Blue and this makes for a 'comfortably aggressive' riding position.
The seat is comfortable, essential for the amount of cruising we intend to do.
Lots of storage space.  The 'glove box' is huge, plenty of room for phone, GPS, emergency kit and probably lunch too!
The tow hook is high up, canna wait to try the wakeboard out!
Little things, attention to detail, the display is easy to read, the front eyelet protrudes making anchoring up and retrieval easier (on Blue its recessed).
It looks even better in real life!
I'M REALLY IMPRESSED!

Penny's beaming face says quite simply, "Good-bye, Blue!"

She was concerned about the finger throttle option, as she has tried other PWCs with this set up and found the stretch too much for her wee hands but says its fine on the MSX!

After being deposited in the middle of the lake, by an over exuberant Dunk, Penny had the opportunity to practice a deep water re-mount.

The grab handle on the MSX is much higher than on Blue so she has demanded Dunk Dude buys the 'boarding step' add-on to make her (and Dunk's!) life easier.

Michael from Polaris says, "So, do you like the MSX140?"

"Oh, yes!" came the joint reply.

...but he wouldn't let Dunk and Pen take it home with them.  Roll on Springtime!

Dunk & Pen say,

"Thanks, Michael!  See you at the London Boatshow, ours is the RED ONE!"
