Terms of business

All wedding appointments are free of charge. Once you have decided upon your requirements, they will be confirmed to you in writing and will be accompanied by drawings of your chosen designs. Upon acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required with the balance payable three weeks prior to your wedding date. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Frances Payne’.
