Dimmings Dale (near Alton Towers). A walk starting at The Ramblers Retreat restaurant car park, near the Churnet valley and river, beside a woodland stream and pools. If you're up to it, keep on the right side of the river and walk up the hill track, and turn left at the top; on past the youth hostel to see lovely views accross the valley and of Alton Towers in the far distance. Pistyll Rhaeadr ( West of Oswestry ). The largest waterfall in Wales. Walk around the base of the waterfall, and up to the top if you feel like a darn good view. There's even a log cabin for food and booze.	Pistyll Rhaeadr.
A flat walk or ride along the Caldon canal, starting at Froghall Wharf (near Cheadle), and ending at The Black Lion pub - Consall Forge. ~ 4 Km one way.	Froghall Wharf
