On the surface very professional and polite. But when things got difficult, a regular occurrence, I was left to deal with Rover on my own directly. No support when it was really needed!

Windsors sale staff are of course courteous & polite and pushing for an angle. Hard to judge on a couple of visit's and 1st service, but don't appear to "trust" the customer or their opinions.

They serviced my F and did some quite expensive modifications. All work done very well but seeing was spending 700+ expected the car to be valeted. Apart from that staff very helpful and friendly. Loads better than the truly dreadful Clive Sutton group and Chequered Flag both of which I now believe no longer deal with MGs (thank God).

MGF accredited garage but I get the feeling that they have no specialist mechanics to deal with MGF problems, other than routine tasks. Have complained in writing about standard of service and lack of attention to detail. My poor perception means I am forced to take my car elsewhere despite the garage being only 1 mile down the road.

Doesn't exactly aspire to the best in customer service. Lost parts and poor fitting - however I gather service has a new manager as of about Dec 99. Don't think it's enough to make me return when my warranty runs out tho'.

To get any sense from the technical department it is necessary to speak the Service Manager anyone else is a total waste of time. Pity because I believe the intention to provide a good service is there but rarely achieved.
