Excellent sales and service staff, let down by inconsistent standard of workmanship. Willing to listen to the customer and appear to be trying to make improvements in quality of workmanship - time will tell!

Absolutely excellent in almost all respects. Only quibble is they could try harder to track down minor symptoms mentioned when car is in for routine service/MOT etc. before they develop into something worse.

A good example of a POOR dealership. Complaints are not investigated and staff are evasive and uncommunicative when pressed for answers to direct questions. Confidence in this dealership is LOW. I would be happy to elaborate on my experiences if anyone is interested.
