Support
We are a non-funded group so can only offer very limited support. Our aims are detailed below, however we offer no guarantee that we will be able to supply the support listed.
Setup
If needed we will assist you in getting the system setup. This may include physical install, advice on networking and help on setting up a printer etc.
Aftercare
Once you are up and running you will be expected to support yourselves.

Faults / Rebuild
If the computer becomes unusable due to hardware or a software fault we aim to replace or rebuild the computer. You will need to…
-Backup any data you require (If you can).
-Return the computer to us.
-Collect the fixed computer / replacement.
NOTE: We do not recover any data from the old computer. This will be lost for good.
