Redcar attracts many seaside visitors in summer . . .
. . . but in today's high winds the promenade is almost deserted . . .
. . . except for these two familiar characters. . .
. . . Laurel & Hardy!

The wind was getting really strong by now . . .
. . . whipping up the waters of the boating lake . . .
. . . but these little fellows seemed unperturbed
The wind was also creating patterns of 'whispering sands' . . .
. . . these two hardy souls were enjoying themselves too much to notice
