The villa is situated at the edge of Trimithousa village, 5 miles from Paphos tourist zone and 13 miles from the airport. It’s about 300 m (900 ft) above sea level so during the summer it’s a little cooler and the air is noticeably drier than in the middle of Paphos.
There are 2 bedrooms, one has a double bed, the other has two singles. There's air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. There are fly screens on most windows. The through draft from open windows is often more pleasant than using air conditioning except when it’s very hot. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge, iron, gas cooker, microwave, a good selection of pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and washing up stuff, unlike most self catering apartments. There is internet access via a not very broad broadband connection. The bathroom is upstairs and there is an additional downstairs toilet. There is a well maintained 2.4m deep (about 8 ft) pool at the back shared with seven other villas. The nearest tavernas are about 1km away in Mesogi but there is Ollies bar in the village about 4 minutes walk away. Tsada golf course is less than 10 minutes drive away.

Rental is £250/week. Less if you’ve been before or you rent for more than 2 weeks.
