Beginning in September of 1996, I have been an active Usenet poster, sharing remarkably profound insights of Forbidden Truth, unique philosophical insights, brilliant proposals on societal reform, and devastating dissections on the true nature of the diseased societies and the inferior humans who rule and populate planet earth. I have made well over 20,000 Usenetposts to this Newsgroup alone, over the past three years. As my fame has grown, I have slowly attracted a large group of trolls and Garbage Humans, who have attempted to waste my time and interfere in my primary, chosen Usenet activity, which is to share my brilliant insights via original posts that report on and discuss actual crime events and criminals. Itis only now, in the late summer of 1999, that the number of trolls and flamershave reached an unacceptably high level. As a result, effective September 19, 1999, I am instituting a radical changein my Usenet posting methods. Effective on this date, I will CEASE all Usenetand e-mail reply to all posts and e-mails, that fail to meet the very specificstandards that I am now instituting. Please read the following CAREFULLY, ifyou wish to engage me in any type of Usenet or e-mail dialogue, since I willstrive to outline the EXACT rules that you must follow. If you FAIL to followany of these rules, your post or e-mail will receive NO personal reply of anykind. In some circumstances, if you send unacceptable e-mail, you MIGHT receivethis form letter as a reply. Rule #1: Your post or e-mail directed towards me must be COMPLETELY RESPECTFUL and completely polite in tone and manner. It cannot contain any typeof words or language that can be interpreted as disrespectful towards me. If it contains any such words or comments, it will receive NO REPLY from me, even if it also contains legitimate questions. ANY use of profanity or curse words in your message will automatically guarantee that no reply will be provided to you. Rule #2: Your post or e-mail directed towards me cannot be off-topic. It must address the specific points that I have expressed or raised, in the post that I have made, that you are replying to. If it does go off-topic, even if the new topic you raise is a legitimate one, there is a good chance that your post will not receive any reply Rule #3: Any post or e-mail directed towards me which asks any type of question about my identity, or offers any type of suggestion as to my identity, or implies that I might personally pose some "danger" to anyone or anything, is guaranteed to receive NO reply or acknowledgement of any kind, from me. Rule #4 Your Usenet post or e-mail must be completely sincere, and it must be JUDGED to be sincere, by me, in order to receive any type of reply from me. Sincerity can be hard to judge, at times. Rule #5: Your Usenet post or e-mail needs to address me by my chosen name designates, which are Joe, JOE, or Joe1orbit. You do not need to address me by name in order to receive a reply, BUT if you use ANY other type of name or salutation to address me, even something as innocuous as "Joey" or "Mr. Orbit", even if the rest of your post or e-mail is respectful, you will NOT receive any type of reply. Rule #6: At all times, everyone who engages me in dialogue must maintain and honor the above five rules, in order to have the dialogue continue. Even if I reply to a Usenet post or e-mail that meets the above standards, the person I am replying to must CONTINUE to maintain all of the standards in future replies, even at the same thread, and if they fail to do so, dialogue will be severed by me, and no explanation or final reply will be provided. Having clearly outlined all of the above rules, and they WILL be strictly enforced, with NO exceptions, effective as of 9/19/99, I also wish to make it clear that I have ENJOYED all of the stimulating dialogue that I have engaged in over the past three years, and I look forward to a lot of future stimulating dialogue. But the six specific rules that I have outlined above, MUST be followed and honored, by ANYONE and EVERYONE who wishes to receive any sort of reply from me. It is NOT hard to honor these six rules. Anybody who is SINCERELY interested in discussing with me the issues of crime, criminals, my philosophies on crime, criminals, society, child abuse, religion, guns, child welfare, my Mandatory Parental Competency Testing proposal, my mandatory yearly live-in Child Evaluation Centers proposal, my non-punitive resort style detention center proposal, or any of my dozens of unique philosophies and proposals that deal with crime and social issues, will be able to do so, and I will happily reply to both Usenet Posts and e-mails, but ONLY if the ENTIRE text of the post or e-mail STRICTLY HONORS all six clearly outlined rules, that I have listed above. I am always more than willing, happy in fact, to engage in lengthy and insightful and stimulating dialogue with humans who are polite and respectful towards me, on ANY on-topic issue of True Crime. Non of the above rules suggest or imply that anyone wishing to engage me in dialogue needs to AGREE with me, on any of my philosophies or insights. However, I want to make it crystal clear that anyone who disagrees with me, and is UNABLE to express their disagreement without violating ANY of the six clearly outlined rules, has proven themselves to be UNWORTHY of my time or attention, and their Usenet posts or e-mails will be COMPLETELY IGNORED by me, and receive no reply or acknowledgement of any kind. All questions and comments that are directed towards me, which do not VIOLATE the six rules outlined above, will receive sincere, honest, and complete replies. I feel that the implementation of this new Reply Policy will be greatly beneficial to me personally, in terms of freeing up a lot more time for me to make new, on-topic, true crime news posts and analysis, and it will also greatly benefit the ENTIRE alt.true-crime Usenet NG, as it will serve to discourage and drive away the Garbage Trolls who have no type of sincere interest in true crime and criminals. As time passes, everyone at this NG will come to realize that this new policy of mine will NOT involve any type of exceptions to the rule, and NO type of troll or flame post will ever get me to break my new No Reply policy. There are now 30 humans who have been permanently excommunicated from my Usenet world. What this means is that for the rest of eternity, no Usenet post made by any of these 30 humans, and no Usenet post that MENTIONS the Screen Name or quotes a post made by any of these 30 humans, will ever receive any type of reply or acknowledgement from me, no matter how polite or on-topic the post may be. These 30 humans have lost the privilege of ever engaging me in dialogue, due to the manner in whivch they have proven themselves to be Pieces of Human Garbage in past dialogue that they have engaged in with me.
