I apologise for any inconveniance this may cause, but I feel it is my
duty to contact you regarding the posting activities of one of your
customers, a certain Mr Keith Carrot, who posts to Usenet under the name
"Sabu424" aka "Scrappy". As an active user of Usenet newsgroups, I have
been aware of Mr Carrot's posting activities for some time, and have
passed comment in the past.

My major concern is that some of his recent postings may have been
construed by some people as net abuse and reported to you. I urge you to
take an objective view when considering such matters. Although he did in
fact exceed the BI=20 spam threshold with his "STOP CROSSPOSTING IN
REC.SPORT.PAINTBALL YOU FREAKING GAYLORD" posts, I and many others feel
that given the entertainment value of many of his postings He should be
exempted. Groups such as alt.usenet.kooks depend upon the unintentionally
hilarious material generated by characters like Scrappy to sustain them.
For him to lose his access would be a travesty, depriving thousands of
Usenet readers across the world from the opportunity to mock and ridicule
his stupidity. 

I hope you recognise that having a top-grade kook such as Scrappy is an
asset to your company, and protect his access accordingly. In the past
many kooks have had their career cut short by misguided ISPs who failed
to recognise their entertainment value to Usenet as a whole.
Alt.usenet.kooks has been going through a particularly barren patch
recently, the last thing we need is to lose another one. 

Oh, and please add alt.idiot.sabu424 to your active file if you don't
already carry it.
