We are a Sussex-based tribute band consisting of the following people doing these things (sometimes even at the right time)

Paul (Songs from the) Forrest - vocals, flute, acoustic guitar, mandolin, special relativity, turning water into wine etc.

Simon `Lancelot' Taylor - lead guitar, turning up to eleven, twin lead recorders, thunder tray, backing vocals

Grahammond Burgess - organs of various shapes and sizes (some swelling), goose bothering

Steve Harrison-Harrison - bass playing and organisation

Thomasmore Andrews - a thousand drums and percussion (and nudity by arrangement) and taming of a small but potent glockenspiel (oh! and backing vocls)

The band was conceived over several drinks at a xmas party in December 1995 in Brighton, by Steve, Simon and Tom. However it was February '96 before we remembered about it and Ian Anderson (sorry, Paul) was recruited and rehearsals began. David Bott joined in May 1997 and was an integral part of the band until he decided to 'hang up his organs' (!) at the end of 2005. Fortunately Graham Burgess appeared (as if by magic) and has ably fitted in as David's replacement. Material covered currently favours earlier albums with Stand Up and Aqualung contributing the most songs so far. We now include the 'Bursting Out' edit of Thick As A Brick in our set and have recently added Songs From The Wood to our list of accomplishments! We are currently arguing over which of the following to work on: Heavy Horses, Seal Driver, Pibroch, Skating Away (Simon to take some drum lessons first!!) - current thought favours an instrumental medley.
