TiBiDi Full-Day Seminar
The full-day seminar is the first and original format of TiBiDi.
The day
The day is organised for groups of between 25 and 60 people, normally in a large room, such as a hotel suite or small conference theatre. The day can be successfully run for less people than this (say 15) but the excitement and vibe attached to the larger event is harder to sustain. One reason is that the delegates sit at tables of between 4-8 people each in cabaret style. Parts of the day involve the tables competing against each other, and this is where the larger numbered event has the edge.
The Big Picture
The overall objective of the day is to demonstrate to delegates that if you can think or dream something you wish to do or achieve and if you fully believe in this dream; then you can achieve it. The material presented and shared on the day, provides the evidence that this is true.
The beauty of the full day experience is that more examples and views of the same basic premise can be layered in the mind of the delegate.
This is not to say there is any trickery here, hypnotism or otherwise. It is simply that some people are more sceptical than others and hence the material re-enforces the previous piece.

It takes time
Some people get the message straight away; in fact some people arrive already knowing that this stuff is true. They just want another fix and to know that they enjoy re-enforcing their belief.
Others take all day to be convinced and may only put it all together late in the day.
There are another set of people who remain undecided about what they've seen and heard until much later. A number of delegates have said that they full understood their power and attitude weeks later, once they had understood it on their terms
The small stuff
Think It
The day starts by looking at choices and how we accept responsibility for those choices. We then look at the voices we all hear, yours and other people's. All can have an effect on what you choose. We look at the effect of thinking something is possible because we have seen it done and then what is possible if you think it can be done.
Think It ends by looking at what is involved in being mentally tough.
Believe It
This section looks at what we stand for, how we demonstrate our values and beliefs and what can happen if we don't. We take a quick detour into how you operate on your own versus the power of teams and what happens to your “soundtrack” along the way.
What follows is a powerful demonstration of the strength of the soundtrack that plays in your mind and what you can do to alter it.
Do It
The last section starts with a look at the qualities of people who have achieved and compares them to yours. It also looks at examples of people who have overcome hindrances and the techniques they used. Do It then offers tools and techniques for keeping your new attitude alive. All People are different and what works for you may not work for the next person; hence a number of methods are on offer.
After the Event
This is where the TiBiDi website comes in. Delegates are given a unique password which allows them to access parts of the site which the public cannot see. Here they can down load extracts from the event, quotes, poetry techniques etc which they have explored on the day.
Furthermore, delegates are encouraged to share their own resources, stories and anecdotes via the site and can be used to make the next TiBiDi even more memorable.
